By accessing or using Resume by REWORK Digital ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Resume by REWORK Digital provides AI-powered tools for creating resumes, generating cover letters, optimizing job applications, and preparing for interviews. The Service is available at resume.reworkdigital.io.
You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
You retain full ownership of your resume content, cover letters, and other materials you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the requested features (e.g., AI optimization, PDF export). We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service.
AI-generated suggestions, cover letters, and interview questions are provided as recommendations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular role or employer.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for assistance. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to unsuccessful job applications, lost data, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
