Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google OAuth or email/password).

Resume Content: The information you provide to build your resume, including work experience, education, skills, and personal details. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you.

Usage Data: We collect anonymized usage analytics to improve the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration.

Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

• To generate AI-powered resume suggestions, cover letters, and interview preparation
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related communications (account verification, billing updates)

4. AI Processing

Our AI features process your resume content to provide optimization suggestions, generate cover letters, and prepare interview questions. Your content is sent to AI providers (e.g., Cohere, OpenAI) for processing. We do not use your resume content to train AI models. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions — you retain full control over your final resume.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, and Firebase security rules to restrict data access. Access to your resume data is limited to your authenticated account.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your resume data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual resumes at any time from your dashboard. To request full account deletion, contact us at privacy@resume.reworkdigital.io.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Firebase (authentication and database), Stripe (payment processing), and AI providers (resume optimization). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.

8. Your Rights
